• Rica tours representative will meet you at the hotel in the early morning.to go to Alexandria to enjoy your time and to explore the Roman sites in Alexandria. Our representative will take you in a private air-conditioned car and will drive to the highway from Cairo re in about 3 hours to the famous city Alexandria that located on the Mediterranean Sea .The guide will show you the city and will explain to you the Roman history that still showing there. You will start your tour by visiting the Roman catacombs that was found by coincidence thanks to a donkey in the past ,it contains three floors with 91 steps downstairs, then you will be taken to Bomby column the largest granite column in Egypt After that you will move to the fortress of Quitbey that located on the Mediterranean Sea and was founded to protect the country from the attacks coming from the sea ,after that you will visit the Alexandria library ,it’s considered one of the oldest libraries all over the world. You will get some rest and you will take your lunch in a good seafood restaurant with a view of the Sea and after that you will return the back to your hotel in Cairo.
